In September 2014 I went to Malawi in Africa with Sightsavers charity to help them launch a new appeal, A Million Miracles, in order to raise enough money to restore the sight of one million people over the following three years. Whilst there, I vlogged the main events of the trip as they were happening, which you can watch in a series of three ‘daily vlogs’ here. I also produced a summary video, briefly documenting the whole trip:   Whilst there, I met Winesi Marche, who was the first of the million miracles. I was there as he had a 10 minute operation to remove his cataracts, and as a result was able to see again after being blind for over 2 years.
